PPN masterclass: Pilates voor klanten met osteoporose

Hoe kunnen we onze mat lessen aanpassen voor klanten met osteoporose zodat ze zowel veilig als uitdagend zijn?

Ashley zal 2 uur besteden aan het lesgeven aan een brede groep deelnemers, waarbij ze tegelijkertijd ingaat op het aanpassen voor klanten met osteoporose. De les bestaat deels uit beweging, maar biedt aan het einde ook ruimte voor vragen en discussie. Daarbij kunnen we dieper ingaan op specifieke casuïstiek en pedagogische strategieen.

PPN Masterclass: Pilates for Clients with Osteoporosis

With Principal BASI Pilates Faculty, Ashley Ritchie

How do we adapt our open level mat classes to clients with Osteoporosis to make them safe and challenging?
Ashley will dedicate these two hours to teach to a broad audience while at the same time modifying for clients with Osteoporosis. The session will be physical and also leave time at the end for questions and discussion. The session will conclude with a Q&A discussion period to dive deeper into specific cases and pedagogical strategies.
