Changes surrounding menopause produce an important shift in a woman’s life. A number of these changes can feel disruptive and chaotic, but when equipped with tools to help you, they can be managed and supported. For this exclusive half-day workshop movement and bone health expert Rebekah Rotstein was joined by Jenn Salib Huber, authority on dietary support during menopause.
This event was organized by Ginger Pilates and took palce on Sunday 22 September 2024. PPN collaborated to provide lunch and bring you three take-away recordings from this noursihing afternoon of discussion and movement.
