Anatomy in Motion
The objective of this highly practical 2-day course with Bavo Wouters is to learn about humans' biomechanics and key anatomical structures. You will be taught to find and understand these parts of the body and relate them to Pilates exercises. Myofascial structures will be linked into functional chains, giving you a sense of their functionality during Pilates movements.

This 2-day continual education course with Katina McCulloch aims to demystify working with the pregnant client, and provide clear, evidence-based approaches in which you can support her through the transition into motherhood and beyond. Introduction to the F2 System
The F2 lies at the heart of BASI Systems’ state-of-the-art designs. In this workshop, presented by Mariam Younossi, we will explore the repertoire’s evolution, the apparatus’s, and the symbiotic relationship they share. The F2 System can be added to the Spine Corrector, Wunda Chair, Reformer and Cadillac as well as the F2 Chair. You will be guided through an extensive repertoire, with exercises on the full range of Pilates apparatus.
